HVAC Service sales

We are currently seeking an experienced salesperson to join our service team.  Preferred applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC sales and knowledge of commercial heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, hydronics, and control systems and components. Applicants must also possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as strong oral and written communication skills.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate new and maintain existing customer relationships

  • Estimate and propose new service work

  • Prepare and sell preventative maintenance agreements

  • Manage project work from start to finish

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Commercial HVAC SALES engineer

This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, primarily with general contractors. We are seeking an individual with the ability and drive to estimate, design, and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Commercial HVAC experience with P.E. or D.E. credentials is required.

Project Manager Assistant

We are looking to add a Project Manager Assistant to our team.  This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task different projects. Experience is preferred but we can train the right candidate!

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Process permit applications and state plan approvals

  • Subcontractor and vendor pricing and coordination for estimating as requested

  • Track/coordinate estimates in estimate log

  • Track/coordinate equipment delivery

  • Gas service applications

  • Perform computerized load calculations for state submittal

  • Process warranty claims with vendors

  • Prepare O&M manuals and close-out documents

  • Schedule job site inspections with state and local inspectors

  • Communicate regularly with sales engineers, technicians, vendors, subcontractors and municipalities

accounting assistant

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Daily service billing

  • Weekly payroll entry

  • Entering vendor invoices

  • Costing inventory to jobs

  • Assisting sales team with collections

  • Entering change orders and committed costs

  • Providing backup to reception

Qualification requirements:

  • Entry level experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel

  • Knowledge of job cost accounting is preferred

  • Experience with Computer Ease is a plus!
