Service dispatcher job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service background
- Leadership skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Be a self-starter
- Proven multi-tasking abilities
- High attention to detail
Knowledge of job cost accounting is preferred, but not required.
Position is Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. However, the service coordinator is expected to be available by company provided cell phone 24 hours a day.
